Harmony Hearts is a growing network of connection, communication, and co-creation, bringing together Awesomism families, beyond-verbal individuals, and heart-centred community projects.
We share real stories, highlight community-led initiatives, and map emerging hubs that offer sanctuary, understanding, and connection, so no family feels alone on their journey.
Each Harmony Hearts hub is unique, shaped by the people within it.
