What is Harmony Hearts?
Harmony Hearts is a growing network of connection, communication, and co-creation, bringing together Awesomism families, beyond-verbal individuals, and heart-centred community projects.
We share real stories, highlight community-led initiatives, and map emerging hubs that offer sanctuary, understanding, and connection, so no family feels alone on their journey.
Each individual hub is unique, shaped by the people within it.

We centre human connection, community, and belonging, especially for families and individuals who have felt isolated or unheard.

Need support at home? You shouldn't have to explain everything from scratch.
Hearts Aware is our gentle directory of helpers who already understand. Babysitters, companions, mother's helps, support workers and SEND-aware cleaners who know nonspeaking communication, sensory needs and complex support without you having to give a whole backstory first.
Because our families deserve a community that actually gets it.
